Here’s the thing:Young people are encouraged to challenge employers, but can face criticism for ‘questioning everything’. They’re also expected to join a workforce with soft skills and confidence working F2F, but have lived through a pandemic where there was no opportunity to learn those nuances. Some great conversations have been opened up by speakers and panellists at The Open University event today around harnessing young talent. Great to support a client seeking solutions to future-proof UK businesses and invest in young talent👌👌#ElevateEquity
