Here’s What to Expect:
The 2|42 Community Center in Brighton is open to the public. Our facility is home to a two-story play structure, Stateside Deli, School for the Arts, a TIG strength + conditioning gym, a turf field, and several meeting rooms. There are open and free areas for families. Rooms and select areas are available for rentals upon request. Adult supervision required at all times for all kids and students younger than 15.

Rental Building Map
Main Auditorium
Seats 1,050 on main floor and an extra 150 seats in the balcony. We have a fully functioning sound booth, media booth, stage, and lighting setup. Additional fees for tech and chair resetting if needed.
Meeting Rooms 1 & 3
These rooms are identical and located on the upper level across from the play structure. Rent them as is or with a maximum of 4 round tables, 24 chairs and 1 banquet table. There is also a ledge that can be used for food and gifts. These rooms both have a TV and a whiteboard on the wall.
Meeting Room 2
Located across from the play structure on the upper level. This room has 2 wood conference tables (usually pushed together to make one) with 12 chairs. There is a TV w/airplay and HDMI capabilities.
Meeting Room 4
A private meeting room on our upper level that can hold up to 12 people with a large wood conference table. There is a TV w/airplay or HDMI capabilities.
Meeting Room 5
A large meeting room on our upper level at the end of the hall. This room has 8 wood tables and 32 chairs. There is a TV w/airplay or HDMI capabilities.
Kids Room 3
A quiet room on the lower level at the back of the building. There is part carpet and part wood for flooring. Holds up to 10 round tables and 80 chairs, and a few banquet tables.
Kids Park
This room is a favorite for birthday parties and showers. It is located on the lower level just down the hall from the play structure. Holds up to 10 round tables, 80 chairs, and a few banquet tables.
Kids Room 1
A great birthday party room located on the lower level across from the play structure. Holds up to 6 round tables, 48 chairs and a couple banquet tables.
Kids Room 2
Located near the back of the building on the lower level. A perfect space for those familiar with our building. This room will hold up to 5 round tables, 40 chairs, and a couple banquet tables.
Kids Auditorium
Seats 100 theater seating, or a max of 12 round tables, 96 chairs and a few banquet tables. It has a stage and sound booth (tech fees are separate). This room is not used for birthday parties.
Student Auditorium
Seats 150 theater seating, or a max of 14 round tables, 112 chairs and a couple banquet tables. It has a stage and sound booth (tech fees are separate). This room is not used for birthday parties.
Meeting Pod
100 square ft room, with a small conference table and 6 chairs. Located on the upper level near the play structure.
Field
The Field is open to the public during normal business hours unless it has been rented. Please visit the Community Center Facebook page for this week’s availability. Full-size soccer field with indoor turf. 314 Maximum capacity.
Gym
The Gym is open to the public during normal business hours unless it has been rented. Please visit the Community Center Facebook page for this week’s availability. Full-size gymnasium with basketball hoops. 106 Maximum capacity.
